Job summary

Applied ABC is an ABA therapy agency offering in-home and center-based services to children with autism. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the homes of children with autism.

You will implement one-to-one intervention plans, participate in staff training, collect data, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• BA in related field or pursuing related education.
• Valid RBT certification.
• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
