Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.

The role includes implementing individualized behavioral plans, ongoing training, and data collection, with regular communication to supervisors. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
