Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement behavior plans, track progress with data, support daily living skills, and collaborate with families. A passion for helping kids and a HS diploma is preferred; driver license required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
