Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates must be passionate, patient, and team-oriented, and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates care for children with autism and their families.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and with BCBA guidance.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and required TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and onboarding requirements.
• RBT certification must be obtained within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one instruction following individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based procedures.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing supervision to support children with autism.
