Job summary

Center for Human Services in Jasper County, Missouri is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on developing daily living skills, communication, and Independence through evidence-based practices.

The position requires a high school diploma, BACB RBT credentialing upon hire, and eligible driver’s license. Work is full-time at multiple sites with opportunities for career advancement within CHS.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months experience in the developmental disabilities field, in a training/teacher role, or similar work related to behavioral supports or individual development.
• Must pass a background check.
• RBT-Credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) upon hire.
• Must complete CHS policy HRD-P-022 training.
• Must obtain Class E driver’s license within 30 days of starting.
• Must provide proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one treatment to individuals in need of applied behavior analytic therapy.
• Implement and maintain feedback provided by the supervising BCBA.
• Implement goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to the supervisor.
• Develop professional relationships with caregivers and provide progress feedback.
