Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking aRegistered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and experience with autism. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's in Psychology/Education/related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
