Job summary

Sunray ABA in Smyrna, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with ASD by implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will collect accurate data on progress, participate in regular supervision and training, collaborate with families and team members, and help clients reach behavioral and developmental goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.
