Requirements

• Use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies with students.
• Provide direct care to students in a one-on-one or group setting for skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments.
• Collect and record data on student behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist in implementing positive behavior support plans.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students.
• Assist in de-escalation of students exhibiting behavior.
• Flexibly respond to building needs in the area of social, emotional and behavioral learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
