Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help develop treatment goals while supporting communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

We offer training through our RBT University program, flexible scheduling, paid travel time

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
