Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a mission-driven team serving children with autism in Fort Morgan, Colorado. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as RBT or willing to complete certification before start.
• Experience working with children in educational or developmental settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans.
• Record and monitor data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and participate in team meetings.
