Job summary

United Care ABA in Denver is hiring BTs and RBTs who want more than just a shift. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and follow individualized treatment plans.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time, in-home now, center-based soon), competitive pay ($22–$28+ per hour with bonus potential), professional development, and a supportive team that backs you up.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times
