Job summary

The Behavior Doc is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to directly implement behavior programming for individuals with special needs. You will work 1:1 with clients in home and in our CLINIC facility, with hands-on training and weekly supervision from a BCBA.

Ideal candidates have experience with individuals with special needs, a willingness to learn, and a passion for ABA. GED or high‑school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have experience working directly with individuals with special needs or children.
• To be an RBT, one must complete a 40-hour RBT training course and pass the exam.
• Education: GED or high‑school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct implementation of behavior programming 1:1 with clients in home and clinic settings.
• Receive hands-on training and weekly supervision from the BCBA case supervisor.
