Job summary

The Behavior Doc is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct behavior program implementations for individuals with special needs in home and clinic settings.

RBTs will receive hands-on training and weekly supervision from a lead BCBA, focusing on reducing problem behaviors and teaching adaptive skills. Training opportunities and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with special needs and/or children.
• Willingness to learn and pursue a career in ABA.
• Education: GED or high-school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement behavior programming 1:1 with clients in home and clinic settings.
• Receive hands-on training and weekly supervision from the case supervisor.
• Assist with reduction of problem behaviors and teaching of prosocial/communication skills.
