Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in various client locations. The role requires active BACB-verified RBT certification and reliable transportation for daily travel.

Ideal candidates have strong writing and verbal communication skills, a high school diploma, and the willingness to obtain ongoing RBT supervision. The position offers flexible scheduling and room for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience: RBT certification from the BACB.
• 1+ years of related experience, willingness and ability to obtain RBT certification may be accepted.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to the client locations and provide ABA therapy per the treatment plan by the BCBA.
• Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as needed by the BCBA.
• Have reliable transportation to commute to client locations and be punctual for appointments.
• Electronically collect and record session data daily (training provided on our systems).

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Travel to the client(s) location and provide ABA therapy, as directed by the treatment plan created by the assigned Board-certified behavioral analyst (“BCBA”).
• Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
• Have reliable transportation available to commute to the client(s) location and be prompt to every appointment
• Electronically collect and record session data daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
