Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is hiring an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA support in in-home, school, or community settings. You’ll implement plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Part-time roles with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow, with mentorship and career growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and a path from RBT to BCBA as you develop with our team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
