Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT for part-time roles with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand. The role involves working 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings, implementing ABA plans, and data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings.
