Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data and track client progress.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; participate in team meetings.
