Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally is expected; a strong RBT is rewarded with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
