Job summary

Intellistars ABA NC seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services in children’s homes as part of a compassionate team in Monroe, NC.

You will implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote skill acquisition and positive behavior support. Flexible scheduling, both part-time and full-time positions, and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification required.
• 0 years of experience as an RBT or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs to support children with autism and related disorders.
• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure caregiver engagement.
