• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure caregiver buy-in and family engagement.
