Job summary

Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in their homes in Southport, NC. Join a family-focused team delivering high-quality ABA care in natural environments.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to ensure effective treatment delivery. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available, with a competitive hourly rate of $25–$30.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification required.
• 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by BCBAs to support children with autism and related disorders
• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement
