Job summary

Intellistars ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings in Monroe, NC. We offer flexible scheduling, both part-time and full-time roles, and opportunities for growth while delivering accountable ABA services.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBAs, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote skill development. BACB RBT certification and zero years of experience required.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification is required.
• 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs to support children with autism.
• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and families to ensure caregiver-buy-in.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement
