Magical Moments ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA plans. You will collect data, maintain a supportive environment, and collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and professionals to implement treatment programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adherence to ABA ethics, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines, with a flexible, part-time schedule in the Georgia area.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following BCBA treatment plan.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals for program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments in practice management software daily and follow billing/payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics and patient privacy policies (HIPAA).
• Communicate progress and intervention findings with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central ReachMaintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
