In this 1:1 ABA setting, you'll work directly with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. With top-tier supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team, you'll make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Implement ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism, including reading treatment plans, collecting data, writing notes, and implementing supervisor feedback.
  • Support early childhood development through engaging therapeutic activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure treatment quality, safety, and a positive work environment.
  • Engage children through play, movement, and imitation, maintaining enthusiasm and fostering joy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate activities and advocate for needs.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, move quickly, and run to stay engaged with children and ensure safety.
  • Maintain tidy, organized play spaces conducive to therapy.
  • Multitask effectively, assessing priorities and safety.
  • Support team efforts, including travel to nearby centers when needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training, competency assessment, registering for the exam, and passing the board’s exam.

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education
  • High School/Associates: $15.00 – $22.50
  • Bachelor’s: $15.00 – $24.00
  • Master’s: $16.00 – $26.00

Entry-level candidates earn their first raise upon certification as an RBT, typically within 21 days.

Experience in childcare, mental health, teaching, or related fields is a plus. Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is essential.
