School Based Registered Behavior Technician Southern Chester County

Overview

In this role, you will work one-on-one with students in public/charter schools around Southern Chester County, PA, during the 2025-2026 school year. You will support students with behavioral and learning needs across various settings, including classrooms, specials, recess, and lunch, under the supervision of a BCBA who will develop best practice strategies.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in special education, psychology, or related fields. RBT certification is strongly preferred, or candidates in process of obtaining it.

Experience: At least one year of experience working directly with children or adolescents with autism or behavioral challenges. Prior RBT experience is preferred, but training and supervision are provided. Reliable transportation is required.
