Registered Behavior Technician (12:00pm - 4:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)

Join the Blossom Center for Children as a Registered Behavior Technician (12:00pm - 4:00pm)(PT/Entry Level).

Position Details

This is a part-time role with a pay range of $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr. We offer a Monday through Friday schedule, with opportunities for professional growth and training to become a certified RBT within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
  • Work with children aged 2-10 years with ASD or related needs
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability
  • Communicate effectively with team and families
  • Lift up to 35 pounds and perform various physical postures as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training and certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working with children with ASD preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
  • Alignment with Blossom's core values
