Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Portland, Tennessee is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will travel to homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, follow ethical and privacy requirements, participate in supervision, and communicate with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or behavior analysis is helpful
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the home, school, clinic, or community setting.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
