Job summary

Something New ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dependable In-Home Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with autism in their homes, helping them build essential life skills using Applied Behavior Analysis.

You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and maintain client confidentiality while communicating with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Comfortable with physical activity: standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in home setting

RBT/ Behavior Technicians work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
