Job summary

Hello ABA in Germantown, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our warm, family-oriented team. This part-time, evening role offers meaningful work with children in home and school settings, providing 1:1 ABA therapy and helping them build essential skills.

You’ll receive paid RBT training, mentorship, flexible hours (4-8 PM, Monday through Friday), and opportunities for career growth as you gain experience and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills.
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA as an RBT.
• Track progress and collect session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates; continue developing skills through ongoing RBT training.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Current RBT certification preferred (but not required—we'll help you get there)
