Job summary

Hello ABA in Elkridge, MD is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for evenings. This role offers 20 hours per week, with pay between $25 and $32 per hour plus performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus.

You’ll receive full RBT training and certification support, tuition reimbursement opportunities, and a family-like, growth-focused team culture. You’ll work closely with BCBA supervision, collect data, and help children learn daily living and social skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to attend 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance are essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home around LOCATION.
• Teach essential daily living and social skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions for personalized client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to grow skills.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician:

• Support individuals with autism in home around LOCATION.

• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.

• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.

• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.

• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

Who You Are:

• Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism.

• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.

• Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
