Job summary

Respect Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to adult clients with developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 in client homes, in community settings, and at adult daycare when needed, following BCBA-directed programs.

This role offers flexible hours, strong supervision, and opportunities for professional growth, including potential RBT certification. Reliable transportation and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.
• Passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Must pass background check and state screenings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
