Qualifications

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Respect Behavior Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services under the guidance of our experienced BCBA. You will work directly with clients in home, school, and community settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed to meet their unique needs.
