Job summary

Alight-Behavioral-Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. This in-person role offers full-time and part-time schedules with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

You will conduct therapy sessions, implement behavior analytic plans, and document progress while collaborating with a supportive team in a child-centered environment. Prior RBT experience is preferred but training is provided.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
