Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a warm, in-person setting.

We provide comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a pay rate of $23–$27 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) match, a $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours, and flexible schedules. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with supportive team environment and ongoing supervision to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
