Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Roles are available as full-time or part-time, with in-person sessions and comprehensive training.

Candidates should have completed 40-hour RBT training; RBT certification is preferred but we can assist. We seek energetic, reliable individuals who enjoy helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions with children.
• Teach play and social skills to children.
• Teach self-help skills to clients.
• Document session outcomes and progress.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course

• Previous ABA experience preferred

• Excellent references

• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
