Job summary

Alight Behavioral in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will use positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a supportive, child-centered environment.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs; both full-time and part-time positions are available with comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
