Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Tennessee. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and support children and families in achieving meaningful goals.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules, pay between $18 and $26 per hour based on experience, and BCBA supervision hours. In-person roles across Tennessee with travel; benefits and professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required

• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
