Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Tennessee. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and help children build communication and daily living skills.

RBT certification is required (BACB) and a high school diploma is necessary. Flexible full‑time or part‑time hours are available, with travel to local sites and compensation aligned to experience.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Tennessee.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
