Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate, mission-driven team. We provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Tennessee, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

As an RBT, you will deliver direct 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help children develop communication and daily living skills. Competitive hourly pay is offered, with travel within Tennessee supported.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (BACB Registry) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
