Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring entry level ABA Therapists and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. No experience needed, we provide paid training!

Competitive pay is offered, with premium rates available for RBTs who have maintained certification for at least six months and successfully pass a clinical interview conducted by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of college coursework or experience in child-related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social and communication skills.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
