Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an ABA Technician to work with children and adults with autism in home and community settings. You will be supported by BCBAs and work one-on-one with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Entry Level Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child‑focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
