Job summary

Rise Up for Autism LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Illinois. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans from the BCBA, and help children acquire communication and daily living skills in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety.
• Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required—we'll provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun, supportive, and structured environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
