EARLY AUTISM SERVICES LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-11 in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will be guided by BCBAs and supervisors and have opportunities for professional growth.

The role offers hands-on interaction, paid training, and potential career advancement as caseloads grow. Part-time afternoon/evening options are available, with full-time paths possible.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment. At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, mostly in clinics, but on occasion could be at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients.
