Job summary

Rise Up for Autism is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians and RBTs to support children with autism in a hands-on ABA environment. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship from BCBAs, and opportunities for career growth.

Your role involves implementing individualized plans, data collection, and close collaboration with a clinical team to help each child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances for client safety.
• ABA, childcare, or education experience is a plus; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
