B Above is seeking passionate RBTs to join our team in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress, supporting families every day.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, and comprehensive training with supervision from experienced BCBA professionals, plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsabilités
