Our Child Therapy in Virginia is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in client homes and daycares in Springfield, VA. You will support children, work with a BCBA and Clinical Director, and collect data to guide treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Responsibilities

Job Type and Schedule

Job Type: Part-Time (10 Hours)

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon - Fri 3:45-5:45pm

Work Location

In-Person / Client Home/Daycare - Springfield, VA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Experience with children and strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided)
