Job summary

Our Child Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team. You’ll work with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

This part-time role offers $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, Monday through Friday 3:30pm - 7:00pm, in-person at client homes or daycares in Brevard, NC. We provide training, support, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources
• Maintain training materials and supplies
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources
