Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home support to children on the Autism Spectrum in Seaside, CA. This is an entry-level opportunity in psychology, early childhood development, or special education, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or one year experience with children in roles.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
