Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Rockford, IL to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll work closely with BCBA and families to support each child’s progress in a supportive, collaborative clinic setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire, and strong communication skills. Competitive benefits and a pathway to BCBA development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.

• Participate in weekly team meetings with the clinic's ABA team.
• Maintain a caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
