Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its Orland Park, IL location. The part-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 10 am–3 pm, with day shifts and flexible options. What You’ll Do

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
